If your Bond Touch Mini isn't lighting up or showing any signs of life, don't worry — this is often easy to sort out. Follow the steps below before reaching out to us.

Step 1 — Check the charging cable

Start by inspecting the magnetic charging cable:

  • Make sure the cable is properly aligned and attached to the module — the magnetic head should click into place

  • Check for any visible damage to the cable or the charging pins

  • If you have access to another cable, try using that one instead

Step 2 — Try a different power source

The power source can sometimes be the issue:

  • Plug directly into a wall socket using a USB power adapter — avoid charging from a laptop or power bank at this stage

  • Make sure the adapter is working (you can test it with another device)

Step 3 — Wait and check for signs of life

Once connected to the wall:

  • Leave it charging for at least 15–20 minutes

  • Look for a blinking white light on the module — this confirms it's charging

  • When fully charged, the light will turn solid white

Step 4 — Restart the module

If you see a light but the bracelet still isn't behaving as expected:

  • Disconnect it from the charger

  • Wait 10 seconds, then reconnect

  • Repeat this 2–3 times
