We get it — sometimes the checkout goes by fast and a discount code gets missed. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're not able to add a discount code to it retroactively.
If your order hasn't shipped yet: just ask our team to cancel it for a full refund, then place a new order with your discount code applied. As long as the item hasn't shipped, this is quick to sort out.
If your order has already arrived: you can request a return within 30 calendar days, as long as the item is unopened with its shrinkwrap intact. Once we receive it and confirm it's in good condition, you'll be refunded — and you can then reorder with the code.
