How to send and receive a Touch?
Updated this week

Sending a Touch:

  1. Ensure Your Bond Touch bracelet is Ready:

    • Fully charged

    • Within 10 ft (3 m) of your phone

    • Phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and connected to WiFi or cellular network

    • Bond Touch app is running in the background

  2. Send a Touch:

    • Double-tap your Bond Touch bracelet to wake it up (it will light up in white).

    • Tap and hold to send a rhythm or pattern (up to 10 taps). Your Bond Touch bracelet will light up and vibrate as you tap, then it will be sent to your partner’s bracelet.

Note: After waking up your Bond Touch, you have 2 seconds to start tapping before it goes back to sleep to save battery. If you reach the 10-tap limit, a blinking white light will appear.

Receiving a Touch:

  • When your partner sends a touch, it will be received on your bracelet. Ensure you’re connected to the internet and that your bracelet is paired via Bluetooth.

Tracking Your Touches:

  • On the app’s Home screen, you can check if your touch was successfully delivered or received.

  • The last sent and received touches are shown at the bottom of the Bond Touch dashboard.

  • For an expanded touch history, head to Private Space by tapping the Private Space icon in the top right corner. Your touch history will appear along with other content shared with your partner.
