If your Bond Touch is still unopened with it's shrinkwrap intact, please request a Non-Questions-Asked Refund to our customer support team! Please remember that when we receive the item back at our warehouse, our team will run a quality check; if the shrinkwrap is not intact, we will have to refuse the refund request!
