Cannot receive confirmation code

Are you having trouble getting your code via text message or receiving a “Quota is exceeded message”? Here's what may be causing the problem

Authentication SMS:

  1. Check if the phone number you entered (including the country calling code) is correct.

  2. Always enter your phone number as if you were calling from outside the country. Make sure to remove the zero on your number after the country code if there is one.

  3. Check if your mobile carrier has disabled Short Code messages on your account. Carriers like T-Mobile may disable the receiving of Short Code messages by default. Should this be the case, contact your mobile carrier and let them know that you would like to start receiving Short Code messages.

Quota is exceeded message:

  1. If you try to request the code too many times, this can create a temporary ban on the server, you will receive a message saying "Quota is exceeded". If this happens, you will need to wait for the error message to clear.

  2. The time-out period will be extended if you keep trying to send requests. To be safe, we recommend attempting the next day.
