If your Bond Touch is still unopened with its shrink-wrap intact, please request a No-Questions-Asked Refund to our Customer Support Team!

  • Provide us your order number (BOND-XXXX)

  • Confirm that your order hasn't been open and the shrink-wrap is intact

  • Identify the request for a "No-Questions-Asked Refund"

Once we get your order back, our warehouse team will run a quality check. If the shrink-wrap is not intact, we will have to refuse the refund request! 

Keep in mind the time frame of 14 calendar days to request a refund, after that period, only replacements will be authorized, step by step info here.
