If your Bond Touch is still unopened with its shrink-wrap intact, please request a No-Questions-Asked Refund to our Customer Support Team

  • Provide us your order number (BOND-XXXX)
  • Confirm that your order hasn't been open and the shrink-wrap is intact
  • Identify the request as a "No-Questions-Asked Refund"

Once we get your order back, our warehouse team will run a quality check. If the shrink-wrap is not intact, we will have to refuse the refund request! 

Keep in mind the time frame of 14 calendar days to request a refund, after that period, only replacements will be authorized, step by step info here.

Return periods have been extended for this Christmas Season!

Products purchased in November and December can be returned up until January 31st, 2021, or 45 days from the date of purchase, whichever is longer.
Make sure the item is sealed and the box in good condition!
