A pre-sale is the anticipation period before a new product release. During this time you can pre-purchase the product in order to ensure that you are one of the first to receive it.

As well as ensuring that you are first in line to receive the new Bond Touch More, you will also have the opportunity to purchase it at a special introductory price! Saving over 23% compared to the official retail price after the pre-sale period.

This means during the pre-sale period you will be able to buy the Bond Touch More at a price of $USD69 per bracelet.

After the pre-sales period, Bond Touch More will be sold at a price of $USD89 per bracelet.

How long will the pre-sales last?

The pre-sale period will last from April until July, 2022.

When can I expect to receive my products?

Orders will start shipping July. Once shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking number via the email address you used during purchase, for you to follow your much anticipated order! Please be sure to always check the Spam and Junk folders if you have yet to receive yours after this date.

Can I cancel my order before the launch?

Yes, it’s possible to cancel your pre-sales order at any moment before the item launches.

Can I return my order after the product is shipped?

Changed your mind? If you’re not happy with your purchase, all you have to do is request a refund within 14 calendar days. If you’ve already opened the box and used your Bond Touch More, reach out to our team over the chat. We’ll give you a hand and guide you through the next steps! Just don’t forget that you have 14 calendar days to request a refund. After that, we can only send you a replacement, not a refund.
