My parcel has been returned to the sender

If your parcel has been returned to the sender, here's what happens next and how to get it redelivered.

If you've received a notification that your parcel has been returned to the sender, don't worry β€” we can help you sort this out.

Why does this happen?

Parcels are typically returned to the sender when:

  • The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect

  • The courier was unable to find the address after multiple attempts

  • The parcel was not collected from a pickup point within the holding period

What happens next?

Once a parcel is returned to our warehouse, our team is notified. We will reach out to you to confirm your correct delivery address and arrange a reshipment. You will not be charged again for the reshipment.

What you should do

Please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible via the chat on our website. When you contact us, have the following ready:

  • Your order number

  • Your correct and complete delivery address, including apartment or unit number if applicable

The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can get your order back on its way.

Important

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing any new orders. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a new address β€” if it is returned, we will need to reship from our warehouse, which takes additional time.
