How do I change my shipping address?

Changing the shipping address of your order can only be done before it has been shipped, which usually happens in less than 24 hours. That’s why we ask you to always check your shipping address carefully before completing your order! Once your order has left our warehouse, there's nothing we can do about incorrect or old addresses.

Alternatively, if modifying the address is not feasible, you may consider canceling the order and placing a new one with the correct shipping information, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has not yet shipped and is still awaiting stock or preparation:

  1. Keep the Order as Is: You can leave the order untouched, and it will be shipped to the original address you provided during checkout once it is ready.

  2. Cancel the Order: If your plans or requirements have changed and the original shipping address no longer works, you can cancel the order before it ships. Once canceled, you will receive a full refund. Afterward, you can place a new order with the updated shipping information.

To change your shipping address, you can do so over the 1st hour in your customer account, if this is not possible get in touch with us on the Website Chat with your order number (you’ll find that in your email) and the new address you'd like to change to. For a smooth process, ensure you contact the support team promptly and provide your order number along with the correct shipping address. Additionally, to confirm your updated shipping address, you can request from our support team a screenshot of the warehouse system showing the updated details or verify the updated address on the shipping label once it is generated.

Once an order is shipped, it is not possible to redirect it to a new address. If this situation arises, it is recommended to arrange with the carrier for delivery to the nearest available location or attempt other alternative solutions that the shipping provider might offer.

We’d like you to understand that we can’t take responsibility for incorrect shipping information added to your order. So any shipping costs applied may not be refunded. To minimize the need for address changes, always double-check your shipping address during checkout. If corrections are necessary, act swiftly to avoid disruptions, especially for newly placed or reissued orders.

Can I receive an email confirmation for shipping address updates?

Unfortunately, email confirmations are not provided when you update a shipping address. However, you can verify the changes through alternative methods like warehouse confirmation or reviewing the shipping label generated during processing.
