Manage your Bond Touch Lite Subscription

Updated over 3 weeks ago

We understand that sometimes you may need to update or cancel your Bond Touch Lite subscription — and that’s completely okay.

You can easily manage your subscription directly from the platform where you made your original purchase: the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).

💫 If You Subscribed Through the Apple App Store

Bond Touch Lite subscriptions made on Apple devices are managed entirely within Apple’s ecosystem.

Follow the steps below to cancel or make changes to your plan:

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select “Subscriptions.”

  4. Find your Bond Touch Lite subscription from the list.

  5. Choose to either cancel your subscription or change your plan if available.

Important Note:

All actions related to your Bond Touch Lite subscription — such as cancellations or modifications — must be done through your Apple ID account. Unfortunately, Bond Touch Support can’t make these changes for you directly.

For more details, visit Apple’s official guide on how to cancel a subscription.

💫 If You Subscribed Through the Google Play Store

If you started your Bond Touch Lite subscription on an Android device, you can manage it directly through the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to “Payments and subscriptions,” then select “Subscriptions.”

  4. Find and tap your Bond Touch Lite subscription.

  5. Choose to either cancel your subscription or update your payment method.

Important Note:

All actions regarding the Bond Touch Lite subscription must be completed through your Google Play Store account. Bond Touch Support does not have access to cancel or modify subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

You can learn more in Google’s official article on how to manage subscriptions on Google Play.
