Disconnecting from my Bond Touch

Here's how you disconnect from your Bond Touch, depending on your phone's operating system.

Maybe, you’re in the process of setting up your newly purchased Bond Touch. Or maybe you'd like to disconnect and reconnect a Bond Touch bracelet. These are a few quick steps you need to take to do it.

iOS

  1. Head to the Bond Touch’s app settings by tapping the cog icon on the top left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the "My Bond Touch bracelet" section and press "disconnect this bracelet". Then confirm that you'd like to "Forget this Bond Touch". The app will then take you back to the settings menu.

  3. From here you'll have to navigate to your iPhone Bluetooth settings by tapping "Settings" on the top left corner, scrolling up and then pressing "Bluetooth".

  4. Now all you need to do is have your iPhone forget the Bond Touch you unpaired with by searching for "BOND" on your My Devices list, tapping the "i" icon on the right and then pressing "Forget This Device".

Android

  1. Head to the Bond Touch’s app settings by tapping the cog icon on the top left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Scroll down To the "My Bond Touch bracelet" section of our settings and press "disconnect this Bond Touch". Then confirm that you'd like to "Disconnect this bracelet".

  3. Finally, head to your Android settings > Connections > Bluetooth, then tap the cog symbol next to the paired device named BOND and tap Unpair.
