If your Bond Touch More isn’t charging:
The magnetic docking makes charging easier and more convenient!
Make sure your charger correctly plugged
Check for damage on your charger.
The pins are linking over the dock
Do a 1st full charge of your item for at least 4 to 5 hours before using it!
This might sound obvious, but we need to make sure if the problem is a faulty Bond Touch or just a faulty charging cable. If either your module or charging cable shows signs of being faulty due to a factory defect, we'll replace it, no sweat: it’s all covered by our Warranty Return policy.
And if the charger was damaged and not defected, you can always order a new one.
