Request a Bond Touch Lite refund

We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Bond Touch Lite subscription. If you believe you’ve been charged unexpectedly — for example, after canceling during a free trial or without receiving the full trial period — you can request a refund directly through the store where you made the purchase.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store

  1. Visit the Apple Refund Platform: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID: Use the Apple ID associated with your Bond Touch Lite purchase.

  3. Find your subscription: Locate the Bond Touch Lite subscription that was charged.

  4. Request a refund: Select Report a Problem and follow the on-screen steps to submit your refund request.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store

  1. Visit the Google Play Refund Page: Go to the Google Play Support Refund page and choose Request a refund.

  2. Sign in with your Google account: Use the Google account associated with your Bond Touch Lite subscription.

  3. Find your purchase: Select the relevant Bond Touch Lite subscription.

  4. Submit your request: Follow the on-screen prompts to report your issue and request a refund.

Scenario 1: Charged After Canceling During a Trial Period

If you canceled your 7-day free trial before it ended but were still charged:

  • Request a refund directly through Apple's platform using the steps outlined above.

  • If your refund request was denied, review any explanation provided by Apple, as this may assist in resolving the issue or filing an appeal.

Scenario 2: Charged Without Receiving a Trial Period

If you were charged for a 1-month subscription without receiving the advertised free trial:

  • Use the same refund process via reportaproblem.apple.com.

  • Clearly indicate in your refund request that the 7-day free trial was not granted as promised.

Scenario 1: Charged After Canceling During a Trial Period
