To use Presence +, your device needs to meet the requirements below.
If yours doesn’t quite meet them, Presence + may not be available to you — but our support team is always happy to help figure out your options.

Bond Touch app updated to the latest version
Location permissions granted to the Bond Touch app (see below)
Data connectivity (Wi‑Fi, 3G, 4G, or 5G)
Android
Android 6.0 (API level 23) or above

Location permissions
Presence + requires location access to be enabled for the Bond Touch app. For arrival notifications to work reliably, background location access is recommended.
Go to Settings → Bond Touch → Location and select Always or While Using the App.
A few things to keep in mind
Both you and your partner need to meet these requirements for Presence + to work between you.
Presence + is available for all Bond Touch products except Bond Heart.
Jailbroken or rooted devices are not supported.
