Firmware is like software but for hardware devices. Like any app or device, your Bond Touch might need to be updated from time to time.
First, make sure that you charge your Bond Touch. Updating it is a battery-demanding process.
Let’s go through how this process is completed for each operating system:
iOS
When you open your app after an update or when you connect to your Bond Touch, you might be prompted to update your Firmware. Here's what that looks like:
This screen on your Bond Touch app indicates that a new Firmware version is available.
Just tap the "Update" button to start updating your Bond Touch’s firmware.
You can follow the update process on this screen, which shouldn't take long to complete. ⚠️ Please do not leave this screen or close the app while the update is running. Doing so might damage your Bond Touch. ⚠️
You should be all set! 😃 Now your Bond Touch app will either show you that your Bond Touch and phone have been connected successfully or it'll take you back to the dashboard.
