If you’ve already opened the box and used your Bond Touch, reach out to our team over the chat. We’ll give you a hand and guide you through the next steps! Just don’t forget that you have 14 calendar days to request a refund. After that, we can only send you a replacement, not a refund.
But if your Bond Touch is still unopened and its shrinkwrap intact, it’s even easier: just ask our customer support team for a No-Questions-Asked Refund. When we get the item back at our warehouse, we’ll run a quality check on it: if the shrinkwrap is intact, you get refunded. No questions asked.
