What You Need to Know About Replacing an Item

Our products are built to last and undergo rigorous quality testing, but sometimes, replacements are necessary. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty that covers any technical faults.

If you experience any technical issues within this period, please reach out to us to arrange a replacement.

Please note: this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper application.

Here’s how you can ask for a replacement:

In the US, Canada and Australia :

  1. Contact us via the chat on our website.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Describe the issue and any troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

We’ll first try to assist you remotely for convenience. If a replacement is necessary, here’s what will happen:

  • We’ll email you a printable Return label

  • Pack the item back in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest courier location (the courier must be the same that delivered the product to you e.g. if you received it from UPS you have to drop it off in an UPS store).

Once the item is returned to our warehouse and scanned, we’ll send a replacement to the address you provided or the original shipping address.

In Europe:

The process is the same as in the US, with one exception: for EU replacements, we’ll email you a return form instead of a label.

In New Zealand:
