If you're having trouble accessing a Bond Touch account you previously used, the steps below can help you get back in.
Logging back into an existing account
Bond Touch accounts are linked to an email address. To log back in:
Open the Bond Touch app and tap Get Started
Enter the email address associated with your account
Check your inbox for a verification link and tap it β make sure to open it on the same phone where the app is installed
If you no longer have access to that email address, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help you recover your account.
If you're prompted to create a new account
Sometimes the app may show a "create account" screen even if you already have one. Before creating a new account, try entering your original email address first β the app will recognise it and log you in rather than creating a duplicate account.
Recovering saved data, such as heartbeats
Data such as recorded heartbeats is stored within your account. As long as you can log back into your original account using your email address, your saved data should still be there.
If you are unable to log in and believe your data may be at risk, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Let us know the email address linked to the account and we will check what can be recovered.
Please note that Bond Touch accounts that have been inactive for nine months may be deleted along with their associated data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Need help?
Our support team is here for you. Reach out via the chat on our website and let us know the email address you used when you first created your account. We'll take it from there.
