As a company on a mission to support healthy & happier relationships, we have always tried to keep our prices as fair and transparent as possible, in order to give our community the opportunity to connect with their loved ones through our products.

Despite our best efforts, due to a number of global factors outside our control, we are faced with the reality of the need to increase our prices.

From August 1st, you will notice a price increase across some of our products. In order to give our valued community as much forewarning as possible, we have made this announcement from April, giving you the option to purchase our products for 2 months at their current price.

Over the past year, we have absorbed many of the rising costs associated with the chip shortage and increases in material and shipping costs affected by the global supply chain crisis. We understand that these factors have also impacted our customers, which is why for as long as possible we have tried to maintain our pricing, as well as keep any changes to a minimum. We believe it is our responsibility as a company to be as honest and transparent about this, as this is central to who we are.

In order to continue to add value to our community, we are committed to continue reinvesting in our research & development to provide more solutions to help our global community feel more connected to the people that matter the most to them. We also believe in making our products and processes as environmentally friendly and ethical as possible, which is why we have invested a lot into more sustainable packaging and materials, as well as ensuring the fair wages of all our production workers.
