Unable to receive Touches

If you are unable to receive the Touches or vibration over the Bond Touch Lite in your Apple Watch please attempt the below:

  • close the watch app, reopen and try to send touches;

  • If the first step didn't work, please uninstall the watch app and install again;

  • Otherwise, at mobile app-> settings-> my bond touch lite -> disconnect from apple watch and connect again
