Reinstall the Watch App: If the issue continues, uninstall the Bond Touch Lite app from your Apple Watch and reinstall it from the App Store.
Reconnect Your Watch: On your iPhone, open the Bond Touch mobile app → go to Settings → My Bond Touch Lite → Disconnect from Apple Watch, then connect again.
After completing these steps, try sending a touch once more to confirm that everything is working correctly.
For Wear OS Watches
If you’re using a Wear OS smartwatch and aren’t receiving touches or vibrations, please try the following, ensure the app is up to date:
Open the Play Store on your Wear OS watch.
Search for Bond Touch.
If an update is available, tap Update.
Also confirm that the app on your Android phone is updated to the latest version.
Then:
Restart the Watch App: Close the Bond Touch Lite app on your watch, reopen it, and try sending a touch again.
Reinstall the Watch App: If the problem persists, uninstall the app from your smartwatch and reinstall it through the Google Play Store on your watch.
After reinstalling, open the app and ensure it’s properly connected to your Bond Touch mobile app before sending another touch.
If the issue continues after following these steps, please reach out to our Bond Touch Support Team with details about your device model, OS version, and app version — we’ll be happy to help you get reconnected. 💛
