When your Bond Touch is charging, it displays a blinking white light. Once your battery is fully charged, a constant white light will shine on your module.
You can also check your charging status on your app by going to Menu > My Bond Touch or by looking at the battery indicator on your home screen.
If your Bond Touch isn’t charging:
- Make sure your charger is well plugged on the USB port and on the module
- Check for damage on your charger.
This might sound obvious, but we need to make sure if the problem is a faulty Bond Touch or just a faulty charging cable. If either your module or charging cable shows signs of being faulty due to a factory defect, we'll replace it, no sweat: it’s all covered by our Warranty Return policy.
And if the charger was damaged and not defected, you can always order a new one.
