When your Bond Touch is charging, it displays a blinking white light. Once your battery is fully charged, a constant white light will shine on your module.
You can also check your charging status by disconnecting the bracelet from the charger to see the updated battery status in the screen.
If your Bond Touch isn’t charging:
Make sure your charger is well plugged on the USB port and on the module
Check for damage on your charger.
This might sound obvious, but we need to make sure if the problem is a faulty Bond Touch or just a faulty charging cable. If either your module or charging cable shows signs of being faulty due to a factory defect, we'll replace it, no sweat: it’s all covered by our Warranty Return policy.
And if the charger was damaged and not defected, you can always order a new one.
